How to get to ELI. ELI is held at the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy, which is less than a mile from your hotel. The address is 5 Mill Creek Park, Frankfort Kentucky. Directions are found on their website, found here: https://dpa.ky.gov/Pages/default.aspx

Parking. Please park in the back of the building. There’s ample parking.

Smoking. There’s no smoking in or in the front of the building. There is a designated smoking area in the back of the back parking lot.
